2. DESCRIPTION DES SERVICES, MODIFICATIONS DES SERVICES

KeyDev offre à ses utilisateurs des services variés de publication et de gestion de contenu de sites web, incluant, sans y être limité, la création et la mise à jour de pages web ainsi que l'hébergement de ces pages. Pour utiliser ces services, l'utilisateur doit disposer d'un accès Internet.

KeyDev se réserve le droit de changer les conditions d'utilisation et les prix de ses plans de services sans préavis.

KeyDev se réserve le droit de supprimer les comptes gratuits qui n'ont pas été utilisés depuis une certaine période, après l'expiration du délai de grâce donné dans un avertissement transmis par courriel.

3. OBLIGATIONS ET CONDUITE DE L'UTILISATEUR

Chaque utilisateur assume l'entière responsabilité du contenu publié sur leur site KeyDev. KeyDev ne contrôle pas le contenu publié par son service et ne peut, en conséquence, en garantir la véracité ou la qualité d'un tel contenu et ne peut en être tenu responsable. L'utilisation du service est sujets aux lois et règlementations applicables aux niveaux local, provincial, national et internationales de même qu'aux politiques et procédures propres aux services Internet.

L'utilisateur s'engage à :

(i) ne pas utiliser ce service à des fins illégales;

(ii) ne pas publier du matériel illicite, diffamatoire, méprisant, discriminatoire, haineux, dommageable, vulgaire ou obscène de quelque nature que ce soit ou autrement inadmissible qui enfreint les droits de propriété intellectuelle d'un tiers ou qui encourage la conduite de ce qui pourrait constituer une infraction criminelle, engendrer une responsabilité civile ou violer autrement toute loi ou règlement.

KeyDev se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de mettre fin au service dans le cas où un utilisateur ne respecterait pas les présentes conditions d'utilisation.

 
4. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
Users are entirely responsible if they do not maintain the confidentiality of their password and account, as well as of password protected areas of their sites. Users are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their account.
Users agree to immediately notify Keydev of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security known to user.
 
5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP
Users retain copyright ownership and all related rights for materials published on their KeyDev website.

6. STORAGE AND OTHER LIMITATIONS
Keydev reserves the right to automatically clean assets exceeding the storage limit, after sending an email notification for exceeding the limit and failure on the part of the user to take subsequent action to clean the surplus assets or alternatively request an upgrade of the account. Keydev assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store information entered into KeyDev.
 
7. NOTICE AND TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Either Keydev or the user may terminate use of the Service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. Keydev shall not be liable to users or any third party for termination of the service. Upon termination, user's right to use the service and the related software ceases immediately.

All notices shall be in writing and shall be made either by publication or via email. Keydev may publish notices on this website (http://KeyDev.net) to inform users of changes to the service, Terms of Use, or other important procedures; such postings shall constitute notice to users.

KeyDev provides users with various web publishing and content management services, including but not limited to the ability to create and maintain a web page as well as the hosting services for this webpage. In order to use the service users should provide for own access to internet and pay any service fees associated with such access.

KeyDev reserves the right to change the terms of service and prices for paid upgrades without prior notification.

KeyDev reserves the right to delete free accounts, which have not been used for a certain period of time, following an email notification and the expiration of the warning period defined therein.

3. USERS OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT
Each user bears the sole responsibility for the content published on their KeyDev website. Keydev does not control the content posted via the service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of such content and cannot be held responsible for it. Use of the service is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations as well as to internet-specific policies and procedures.

User agrees:
(i) not to use the service for illegal purposes;
(ii) not to publish any material that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, offensive, vulgar, obscene, harmful, libelous, invasive of another's privacy or constitutes an infringement of third party intellectual property rights.
(iii) not to interfere with or disrupt in any way the service including servers and networks connected to the service;
(iv) not to interfere with another user's enjoyment of the service.
User should indemnify and hold Keydev and their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of user's conduct, violation of these Terms of Use by user, or the infringement by user of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
